I understand that you take a very different view of the matter,  but I have not found anything that would require us to reach a different conclusion on the question of law that we considered in 1994. "

TCA shows fraudulent  "their" visually  exhibit in their Opinion letter to the A. G. [ NCD 30 ] as a part of a larger Exhibit,  call out # 3. at page 4.  altered: as a two page exhibit. And with a Roman number "two",  add, at the top of page one. hear in [ FNCD 3 ] {numbers being the same is just by chance rdk.} this, altered Resolution is at the back marked page - 29 - of TCA Exhibit 3.

At,  F. >>> TCA. PRODUCED FRAUDULENT DOCUMENT, page 11. gives possible reasons for altering this 1982.  O. C. Resolution, and then Giving it to the A. G. Office, in there Opinion answers. For their "supposed"  tolling  rights on a, original free road, Newport Coast Drive.

This is a direct "tie",  calling out,  Newport Coast Drive, outside the Coastal zone for building traffic trips inside the Coastal zone.
